Avaline welcomes the first Cabernet to its range of organic wines

Co-founders Cameron Diaz and Katherine Power expand organic wine lineup with this most-requested bold red

LOS ANGELES (September 13, 2022) – The new must-have dinner wine has arrived. The organic and transparent wine brand Avaline, from co-founders Cameron Diaz and Katherine Power, invites you to discover its very first Cabernet Sauvignon. A proven favorite, with no unwanted additives, you can sip and share Avaline’s latest addition with confidence.

Avaline Cabernet Sauvignon is medium to full bodied with notes of red fruit and cocoa. This vegan red wine is warm on the nose with hints of baking spice, subtle dark fruit and cola. The palate gives cherry fruits, rich chocolate tannins and great acidity. Made with 100% organic, sugar-free grapes, all this Cabernet needs is a cozy meal and a table full of friends to share it with!

“When we talked to our community about the wines they wanted next, we heard they would like to see a bolder red from us,” says Katherine. “This is for all taxi enthusiasts looking for a delicious organic option.”

“Cabernet was always something we wanted to do,” Cameron says. “I’m so glad we did it just in time for the holiday season. So light a candle, pour a drink and make yourself comfortable!

After the successful launch of Chardonnay at the start of the year, Avaline once again operated Tagaris Wine Estate as a wine partner. The family’s Washington winery has 2,000 acres of vineyards – some three decades old – employing winemaking traditions that date back to 12th-century Greece.

“We are very proud to partner with Avaline to bring our organically grown wine to a wider audience. The organic movement is just getting started in the United States and it’s such an exciting time,” says winemaker Frank Roth. “As pioneers of organic viticulture in Washington State, we are thrilled to have Avaline raising the bar for Washington organic wine!”

The most requested varietal by Avaline consumers, Avaline Cabernet Sauvignon (14% ABV) is available for $30 on the website. Cabernet is here to stay, which makes it eligible to add to your Avaline subscription. For more information, visit drinkavaline.com and follow @avaline.
