Masi Agricola S p A: in Vinitaly launches the celebration of 250 vintages

Among the stars of the 54th edition of Vinitaly which has just ended, Masi welcomed visitors in the significant context of the restart of the Fair, with a program of initiatives that aims to highlight the intense work carried out during the two years, showing its ability to react to an ever-changing international scenario.

The Verona wine event was the perfect time to launch the celebrations of the Boscaini family’s 250th harvest in the “Vaio dei Masi” 1772-2022 in the prestigious vineyards of “Vajo dei Masi”, a valley in the heart of Valpolicella Classica region with the presentation of the festive logo: a tribute to a long love story for the region and to tenacious entrepreneurship. The initiatives dedicated to the anniversary will continue until the end of the year, with a look at the past and the future, the new projects and the vision of the company. This and many other Masi eye-catchers were at the Verona Fair.

In terms of sustainability, Vinitaly was the occasion to present the new vintages of “Fresco di Masi” and “Casa Canevel Diesel”.

“Fresco of Masi” is a new line created with a treatment protocol based on “subtraction”, that is, minimizing the intervention of man on nature, returning to the essential nature of wine: organic products, vegan, without appassimento, without spending time in wood, simply with wild grape yeast, decanted and unfiltered.

Produced exclusively with Glera grapes obtained from selected organic vines, Prosecco “Casa Canevel – Diesel” comes from the original process of “totally organic single fermentation”, a long cycle carried out naturally with a single fermentation step. The product combines the spumant know-how of a premium brand, like Canevel, with the creative approach of Diesel, who also designed the original packaging.
